This salad bar was plugged in and works great! It’s self contained. Its cycling in the mid 30’s. It holds 4x full size pans or any combination of equal size (2 pans per well). It has stainless steel brackets that puts the pan on an angle. These can be removed and the pans will sit flat. It’s on casters. It has glass sneeze guards. The ends have some cosmetic damage at the bottom. Each well has its own 115 volt circuit. The lights also have their own circuit (three 115 volt cords with plugs total).
