ANSWERS? WE'VE GOT THEM.

Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:

SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally? 

We do not arrange shipping internationally, however, we will ship to a port of your choosing to load onto your arranged container.

 

How long does shipping take? 

Shipments usually take between 2-7 days.  There are no guarantees that the freight will arrive in a certain amount of time.  Because we do not have our own delivery service and drivers, there could be delays for many reasons, such as weather.  

 

Freight Damage.

We are not responsible for shipping damages once it is loaded onto the truck.  If there is damage, we will work with you resolve the matter with the shipper.  Please take a photo of all damage when it arrives, and before it is taken off of the truck.  The BOL must be marked damaged.  Shippers will not be responsible for freight damage if these things are not done.  Insurance is suggested.

 

Additional Fees.

Please let us know if you need a lift gate.  There is an extra $75 for this.  If the freight is longer than 8’ a lift gate cannot be used.  You will need to arrange for the freight to be unloaded some other way on your end if you do not have a dock.  If it is a larger item, and/or it contains glass, a small crating fee may apply.  Some dealers will charge for this service.  Before these items can be shipped, a custom crate may need to be built to insure the equipment will arrive without damage.  Building crates involves a considerable expenditure of time, labor, and materials.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy? 

Returns are not accepted. All equipment is sold as-is. Products are tested and sent in working condition.  If an item is refurbished or reconditioned, it will be stated, and what was done to it.  If you need a refurbished item, please let us know.  We will only contact dealers who refurbish their equipment.  We will give you as much information as we can on the equipment.  It is up to you to decide if this is the right equipment for you.  We suggest that you work closely with your refrigeration and equipment installers to make sure that you are buying the right thing.  If an item arrives that is not in working condition, we will work with you and the dealer to remedy the problem.

 

Do you refund?

If items are not in the condition stated, we will work with you and the dealer to resolve the matter.

PAYMENT & WARRANTY

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept payments through a PayNow process in our invoicing system, or by check.  If you send a check we will not ship until your check clears the bank.   .

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

Some dealers who refurbish equipment will have a warranty.  Some of these dealers may charge for this warranty.  Please ask if your desired equipment has a warranty.
