The Traulsen UHT48-LR undercounter refrigerator has a self-contained refrigeration system where all of the components are placed together so that servicing the unit is convenient. Because this unit is front breathing, it fits in compact spaces with no need for side clearances. The refrigerator maintains temperatures within a range of 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit—a level the operator can set to suit the application. A thermometer is mounted inside the unit so operators can keep an eye on food temperatures.
